On runes...

Erm, just wondering if I can make runestones myself, from easily available materials.

Yeah of course, a lot of people do. How to go about it, however, I know not. Though I'm sure the others, especially Shard, will be able to help if you want advice or anything.

and it doesnt matter how u do it

it depends on what material ur using. if its a wood, its better to be positive and something that just seems right for u to use.

i dont noe if it matters how you make them but i guess it wouldnt hurt to make a "sacred space" or a "circle" if you want, i did, but mine are cardboard rune cards and they are only temporary.

btw u might need someone else to look over what ive sed, i basically sed all tht on instict so its probably all wrong.

That seems fine Gothic =] Instinct sometimes works out best. But I know nothing of runes so there's no harm in someone else checking it and maybe adding something. If I made my own I'd probably use some sort of sacred space, that way if I wanted I'd be able to focus the energy into the runes as I make them.

Thanks! Though there isn't much chance of making a circle in my room - it's awfully cramped and messy as of now.
And if I do it in the living room then my parents would think me quite mad indeed.

It doesn't have to be a physical circle, you could just try and imagine a circle of light/energy around you =]

if u imagine it, u can imagine urself wherever u like with a circle of light/energy around you.
u cud be anywhere that u find peaceful and calming like a beach or the woods or something.

if it was me i wud probs be ontop of the sea, cos im weird like tht =]
